- 2 tsp. rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. cilantro (dried)
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper (optional based on heat preference)
- 1 tsp. chili paste (Sambal Oelek, optional based on heat preference)
- 3 tsp. Sriracha (optional, based on heat preference)
- 2 cups broccoli
- 1 Tbsp. corn starch
- 1 Tbsp. water
- scallions (optional, for garnish)
