- 8 gingersnap cookies (finely ground in mini processor)
- 1 Tbsp. green onion (snipped)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tsp. Sriracha chili sauce (*more for fiery hot!)
- 2 tsp. garlic (finely chopped fresh)
- white pepper
- 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil (for frying, divided)
- 1 extra large egg (hard scrambled and finely chopped)
- 14 oz. cole slaw mix (bag of, about 5 cups if making fresh homemade)
- 1 Tbsp. green onions (snipped)
- 1 Tbsp. EVOO
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. Sriracha chili sauce
- 1 tsp. hoisin (Kikkoman only please! See note!)
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/16 tsp. ginger (ground dried, or grate in a little fresh if you have it)
- 6 tortilla shells (large burrito-sized flour, warmed)
- hoisin sauce (more, about a ½ cup)
