So good. Truly moist. Didn't t even use a mixer so i won't overmix the batter.

So freaking good! The best banana bread I have ever made. Turned out more like a cake than a bread. I added 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup Splenda. I also used some cinnamon. Next time I think I will put some chocolate chips and/or nuts. I will also cook it a little longer... toothpick came out clean but still a little underdone.

It was delicious! I've never made banana bread before now and it was a hit with my family and friends. It was very moist and flavorful!

The original recipe actually calls for 1 1/2 cup flour, not 5.
Perfect. My gaming group is constantly asking me to make and bring it out! definitely recommended.
