These came out great- I mixed the spices with 1 tbsp of cornstarch you get a good crisp. Will definitely make again.

Really good!
Used a large ziplock bag to season, then dumped into a glass bowl and microwaved for 8 minutes. Transferred to a parchment papered sheet-pan and followed the rest of the instructions. Cooked for 10 minutes less each side.
