- 1/2 cup red peppers (chopped, make the pieces small – not minced but not chunky)
- 1 1/2 cups unseasoned bread crumbs (regular or gluten free)
- 3 slices wheat (or white bread torn into small pieces, can use gluten free)
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 3 Tbsp. glaze (spicy ketchup)
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. hot sauce (tabasco)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
