    I loved having the option of a non-red meat lasagna! I've never cooked turkey sausage and it honestly tasted the same as any other pork/beef sausage! The sauce was delicious and loved the recommendation of the ricotta w/skim. I'll definitely be making this again. Just an FYI - you didn't include "sauce" amount or "egg" amount in your ingredient list but I just clicked back to the original recipe you adapted from to figure it out. I made the day before and reheated the following day. Thank you for a great recipe!
