Awesome! Everybody loved it. I did put extra bacon and added caramelized onions. Thank you so much!

Great recipe, went with extra Bacon, Onion, and Mushroom. I used fresh Green Beans, just boiled them, and then added them to the mix as the recipe dictates. Went with Pepper Jack Cheese as that is what I had on hand. Definitely, a recipe to keep around for the holidays.

Loved by everyone at the table! I even added the bacon which I know helped make it a hit

This side dish was very good! Big hit!! However I did skip the bacon because I didn’t have enough time. I think the bacon probably would’ve made it even better. I just use olive oil to sauté the onions and mushrooms. I also did not add salt. I find when you add the crunchy onions it has enough salt in it. I think adding salt would’ve put it over the top. I did add a little extra crunchy onions then the recipe called for.

Recognizably what my grandmother used to make, but so much better. I'll use more garlic next time, I think, because garlic.

Tried to give it a five star. This was great in every way. Made it exactly per the recipe, including canned beans. Could not ask for better

Was amazing! I used fresh Green Beans and added the cooking time to 20 minutes before placing in the oven. Was perfect. Just the right texture for the Green Beans

Made this for thanksgiving and it was amazing. I opted to go with fresh green beans, but I think I’ll go with canned next time as they were a little more crunchy than we like. I added one shallot minced and sautéed with the onions. Overall this is an excellent recipe and will now be my go to.

Delicious but used French Style beans. Easy to make; made day before so did not add topper until next day when I baked the casserole.

I like the new twist on this old classic. I replaced the bacon with a little brisket I was serving it with. It was great. I others I used a different cheese but overall do recommend this

Loved it!! Made it for Mother’s day lunch and my mother in law loved it. She has asked me more than once if I saved the recipe.
