We grilled the Pork Loin instead of roasting it. The flavors were very good but it still needed a little something extra, I couldn’t put my finger on what it may be though. I will make it again in the future.

Great flavor and texture. I had to cook the pork about fifteen minutes longer, but well worth the extra effort.

The family liked it very much. Next time I will use the broiler for about 7 to 10 mins then drop it to 350.

Really good, super easy recipe. Go for 145 (or lower) degrees though, I hit 150 and it was way too dry. Meat will continue to cook after taken out of oven.

Super easy. Made it three times as directed in the intro (25 mins per pound) last time I opted for smoked paprika instead of regular- way tastier!!!!

Too dry and too bland. I should have supplemented with extra spices and more salt

Pretty dang good! I did a couple tweaks though, subbed 1/3 of my paprika portion wirh smoked paprika and also made extra rub to inject into the meat with butter! Roasted 4# in just over an hour with potatoes, carrots, and onion

It can out a little more dry than I would like? But it was still pretty good and a great easy recipe for a busy work week

Came out delicious, though a bit too much pepper for me. I’ll definitely make it again with less.

This was an amazing recipe! I love recipes that don’t have several ingredients but can still be full of flavor! I did cover my loin in foil while it cooked and used the broiler at the end to darken the top a little (not much, I was scared I would dry it out). My meat was tender, juicy and perfectly seasoned! I did add some of my own seasonings as well..This is a recipe I will use over and over again! Thank you for sharing!

so good. i think i added too much garlic but i love garlic and i also put a little butter on top before putting in the oven.

I noticed a lot of people adding to this recipe and I see why. It was okay but needs more seasoning. Also, it cooked may shorter than the recipe calls for so I recommend using a thermometer to ensure it does not over cook. I ended up putting extra garlic and salt. Overall not bad.

Loved the simplicity of this recipe. I cooked it med-high for 10 min in a cast iron pan, turning to brown. Then baked at 375 for 20 min. Temp was perfect.

Wrapped it in foil to keep in the moisture. Cooked to 145 and let it rest to 150. Very good!
