Turned out just fantastic and will definitely be making this again. This was my very first try at baking a cheesecake at all and it was a great hit at the Christmas party this year. Such a great addition to my recipe book!:). I also doubled the ingredients for the graham crust which was a great balance to the amount of cheesecake there was.
