We had this on Mother's Day for a Brunch.
I omitted the eggs and doubled the ham ( a bone in him with pineapples and brown sugar glaze cooked overnight in a roaster) this was so delicious. My whole family loved it! Plan on making it again for Father's Day Brunch!
