- 1 packet mushroom (shimeiji, cut, discard base and separate the mushrooms)
- 2 stalks spring onion (chopped)
- 7 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1/2 chilli (chopped finely, optional)
- 1 Tbsp. miso paste
- 1 Tbsp. mirin
- 2 tsp. soya sauce (adjust to taste)
