- 8 oz. prunes (dried, about 1 1/2 cups)
- 20 sprigs thyme
- 1 1/2 cups dry white wine

Made it for my sister and her 2 kids, my husband and stepson. It was a hit all the way around. Couldn’t find dried apricots anywhere so used dates instead and instead of a whole chicken used all dark meat. Delicious!
