Nice texture and flavor. But it takes more than 2 minutes.
The garlic flavor is notorious in the quantity that the recipe suggests. To me is a little strong although I like garlic.
I think it's necessary to try a couple of times more to have the flavors under control.

turned out well on first try itself. unfortunately was too salty fir my taste and a bit too sour. I am sure I can get it right in a few tries.
