Pizza sauce is only a 28 oz. can of whole San Marzano tomatoes, a few leaves of basil, salt, pinch of black pepper. that's it! crush the tomatoes in a food processor only until the tomatoes are a bit chucky, not puree. Any other ingredients would add flavors that are not needed on a real Italian Pizza. The topping would ad the flavors.
