Bitter and sweet. White and dark. You will get both combinations in this two chocolate cake that combines the sweetness of white chocolate and the bitterness of cocoa powder. Using only brown sugar and omitting butter in favor of oil, this chocolate cake will satisfy your inner chocolate lover without the guilt of most cakes.

  • 75 grams cocoa powder
  • 200 grams brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • fine salt
  • 2 large eggs (or 3 medium-sized eggs)
  • 2 natural Greek yogurts
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 100 grams white chocolate (chopped, or bar nuggets chopped with a knife)

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
    2. Grease a small rectangular pan with margarine, and sprinkle it with flour. Set aside.
    3. In a bowl combine the flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and fine salt. Mix well.
