  • 4 baking potatoes (large, unpeeled and baked)
  • 1/2 cup hellmann' or best food real mayonnais
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese ((about 8 oz ), divided)
  • 4 ounces cooked ham (diced, optional)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400°.
    2. Cut potatoes in 1/2 lengthwise. Scoop pulp from potatoes, leaving 1/2-inch shells; set aside.
    3. Arrange potatoes on baking sheet. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and potatoes are heated through.
    4. Mash pulp with 1-1/2 cups cheese, Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, sour cream and ham. Evenly fill potato shells with potato mixture.

    I haven't eaten it yet, but I can tell you a good thing to do would be to put the steps in the right order. numbers 3 and 4 should be switched.
