    My husband does not like a lot of vegetables especially sweet potatoes, but he liked this! I made the recipe with about 2 sweet potatoes (2 pounds) with just a little extra milk (pet milk was all I had); same amount of cheese and butter. I used thyme vs Rosemary, and it came out beautifully. I usually become disgruntled at people who don’t follow the recipe exactly and then write a review; however; I used what I had and the recipe came out delicious; thereby proving its versatility! Will make again!
