  • 4 slices bacon (diced)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon onion (minced)
  • 1 pound green beans (cooked and drained)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

    Directions

    1. Saute bacon in skillet just until crisp. Remove bacon and drain. Return drippings to the skillet. Add garlic and onion. Saute just until golden. Add green beans. Saute until heated. Add sugar. Toss to combine. Add lemon juice and pepper. Heat through.
