    They were delicious and felt less Thanksgiving-like, which is what I was going for. I made a couple of alterations which worked perfectly. I had just 2 potatoes, did not have plain cream cheese, and improvised. •I altered with: Philadelphia Honey Pecan Cream Cheese, + a pinch of salt, + 1/2 tbls pure maple syrup, + 1/2-1 tbls brown sugar + handful of chopped pecans * I added marshmallows to just 2 of the
