Description
I decided to make twice baked potatoes but I also wanted to add a twist to it. This is a super yummy and cheap way to make a filling meal! And the left overs are delicious! And you can always add or take away ingredients from this recipe to your liking!

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 5 potatoes
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 mushrooms (medium sized)
- 1/4 white onion
- shredded cheese

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425.
- Cook the ground beef in a pan until browned.
- Add the mushrooms, onions, and garlic. Turn the stove to low so the mushrooms, onions, and garlic can cook.
