    i spent $6 for a quarter pound of gorgonzola cheese just to make this mediocre dish. there wasnt anything special about it. i had to really season it with onions, garlic, thyme, and more salt to really give it flavor. i thought this would be really flavorful but it was kind of bland. probably won't make this again.
