To die for Delicious - best quiche ever but made a few changes due to not having exact ingredients.
Used 2/3 2% milk & 1/3 heavy cream.
Used 1/2 c mozarella, 1/4 c Mexican cheese mix & goat & feta to make 1 cup cheese total.
Added garlic salt, Italian seasoning, fresh parsley, a chopped green onion, and halved grape tomatoes for top. Perfect timing - 40 mins.
