This was delicious. An egg on top would make it into a hearty dish for lunch or dinner!

Lovely but didn’t need to cook the additional 5 minutes as there was no extra liquid. Perhaps I had the flame too high after I added the kale but all was well. My goal is to eat more veggies this year. I bought at 32 ounce bag of kale and used half of it for this recipe. Thanks for a great start!!!!

It only needed 1 tb of balsamic vinegar, but pretty good! It probably would be delicious with eggs.
