- 14.5 oz. petite diced tomatoes (drained)
- 3 Tbsp. capers
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp. McCormick Basil Leaves
- 1 tsp. oregano leaves (McCormick®)
- 1/8 tsp. mccormick red pepper, crushed
- 1 tsp. italian seasoning (McCormick® Perfect Pinch®)
- 1 tsp. McCormick® California Style Garlic Pepper with Red Bell and Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp. mustard (McCormick®, Ground)
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves

Directions
- For the Salsa, mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- For the Chicken, mix Italian seasoning, garlic pepper and mustard in shallow dish. Rub seasonings onto chicken to coat evenly.
- Coat large nonstick skillet with no stick cooking spray. Heat pan over medium heat. Cook chicken 5 to 7 minutes per side or until cooked through. Serve chicken with Salsa.
