- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 red bell pepper (chopped)
- 1/2 cup flour
- 5 1/2 cups half-and-half
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup white cooking wine
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- salt
- pepper
- 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups marinated artichoke hearts (chopped well)
- 1 cup sundried tomatoes (chopped, about one small jar)
- 4 cups chicken (cooked and chopped into bite sized pieces)
- 1/2 lb. pasta (cooked and drained, I used small shells)
- 1 bunch fresh basil (chopped well)
