    Absolutely delicious!! My entire family inhaled this beautiful and incredibly tasty meal. I used frozen spinach, 2 tablespoons of fresh rosemary, puréed canned tomatoes and boneless skinless chicken breasts. It was full of flavor, the chicken was juicy, tender and full of flavor. I sprinkled freshly grated Parmesan on top of all of it. If it's a hit with a 7 and 4 year old, it's probably good, and I loved it. It seems like a heavy dish, honestly, not really. Totally worth repeating very soon for the in-laws!! Btw, very pleasing to the eye as well!!! I only wish there was a calorie count. I'll suck it up, yes, I'll live!! 😋
