I made this recipe into cupcakes for my brothers 25th birthday celebration. They were a big hit! Everybody loved them! The chocolate cake comes out perfect. The only thing I didn’t like was the caramel frosting. It is really hard to make, when making the caramel sauce you can’t cook to long or it will burn and have that burnt caramel taste, and if you cook it to little you wont get that perfect caramel flavor. Nevertheless if you get it right, this frosting goes very well with the cake. The chocolate ganache was by far the most easiest to make, and it turned out perfectly. I would highly recommend this recipe to the more experienced bakers, because it is a little on the hard side.
