  • 1 tomato
  • 6 strawberries
  • parsley (to taste)
  • 2 chive flowers
  • salt (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

    Directions

    1. Julienne cut the raw turnip. Arrange on a board or plate.
    2. Cut the tomatoes into very small cubes, and sprinkle on top of turnip.
    3. Slice the strawberries, add to salad.
    4. Add fresh parsley and chive flowers.
    5. Season with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, a little salt, and 1 teaspoon of chia seeds.
