I love ginger & tumeric for my arthritis. This recipe is quite tasty! @Erica when I went to the website to read all the directions, it said a glass and half of water plus half glass milk. That would be about 2 cups. I still drank it as one serving. One cup is not enough!

This was absolutely delicious. This was the first trying this recipe. Didn't have ginger, but the ground one.

I love this drink. I have only used dried ingredients (organic) but wonder what the amounts would be if using fresh. Also, I did not see that this was four servings and made it as one... It was delicious, but wonder how 1/2 c milk and 1/2 c water would yield 4 servings. Can anyone tell me that, or am i reading the recipe incorrectly?
