Delicious, I halved the recipe using 1/2 rice and 1/2 sprouted lentil mix, 1 TBS of fresh grated turmeric.
I served it with sautéed garlic prawns and snow on top and avocado and cucumbers on the side.

Tastes great. I dialled back the turmeric to 1 tsp and found that it still had a nice flavour. Next time I think I'll substitute some broth for the water
