- 20 oz. cabbage (approximately 8 cups Sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. garlic oil
- 2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 Tbsp. turmeric
- 10 oz. grated carrot (approximately 2 cups)
- 2 oz. scallion (approximately 1 heaping cup Sliced, green parts only, for low FODMAP)
- 4 oz. coconut milk (approximately 1/2 cup)
- 1 oz. cilantro stems (approximately 1 cup Chopped, are OK to include)
