This is a nice change from tea or coffee. It has a nice flavour. I used regular milk as that is all I have, and I just stumbled across this recipe. I used some raw sugar and honey, as I dint have coconut sugar. Despite the fact I never drink instant coffee, I found some in the cupboard (who knows how long it has been there), but it didn't add much flavour. Therefore I would have no problem leaving it out in the future. This would also be good on a cold winters day, instead of hot chocolate. Thanks for sharing!
