I liked this recipe but the live yeast measurement seems off (125 grams?). I looked at the recipe directions and it appears it might be 12.5 grams of live yeast. I wanted to convert to dry active yeast so I divided it by three and used 4-5 grams of dry active yeast and it turned out very good. I would like to hear if using live yeast vs. dry active yeast impacts the recipe and also have someone confirm that if I were to use the live yeast it would be 12.5 grams, not 125 grams.

Amazing recipe! Very easy to follow steps and video. Soft and fluffy texture. Very sticky dough to work with so you need to work quickly with floured hands.
