I followed the exact recipe. Some slight changes I would make: 1. instead of cooking spray for frying the dough use butter and garlic and a sprinkle of salt with the pan turned slightly under medium. (or go get pood pitas for a fast track) 2. I would personally add more meat and cheese

I bought premade burrito size tortillas instead of making dough tonight. It was delish! Will do this again!

Amazing recipe!!! Make sure to knead the dough out well or it won’t spread well. I didn’t add the spinach, and it still turned out great. The feta with the mint is such a good combination.

This was interesting. I followed the "main" directions (lamb, spinach, herbs, tomatoes and feta) and found the lamb flavor to pretty much overpower everything else. I liked it, but for the amount of work these involved, I don't think I would make again.

Instead of making the dough I just made the filling and put it inside ciabatta. Still delicious, and I don’t usually care for the taste of lamb!
