Amazing! I was so surprised. I didn’t have any peppers but it turned out just as good. Will be a staple for sure.
Can someone explain to me how this is 14 carbs for 1 serving though? Everything is basically zero except the cauliflower??

Very easy to make, I made it as a meal prep so instead of cooking the eggs in the hash, I boiled them separate and packed them together.
