- 1 onion (large, chopped)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 pkg. potatoes (shredded)
- 4 eggs
- ground black pepper (to taste)
- nutmeg (to taste)
- 1 sprig parsley

Directions
- Season turkey steaks with garlic, salt, and spice blend.
