- 1/2 leek (medium, about 1/2 cup, sliced)
- 1/2 cup white wine (4oz, 120ml dry)
- 2 1/4 cups chicken stock (18oz, 540ml)
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (2oz, 60gr, – freshly grated)
- 10 oz. scallops (turkey, or tenderloin cut into bite-size pieces)
- 1 1/2 leeks (medium, trimmed, sliced)
- 2 cups green cabbage (or Savoy, roughly chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. fresh tarragon (chopped, or 1/2 tsp dried)
