- 4 cups stuffing (leftover prepared, divided)
- 4 cups cooked turkey (coarsely chopped leftover, about 1 lb.)
- 3/4 cup Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise (or Hellmann's®)
- 1/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 2 cups mashed potatoes (leftover)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°. Spray 8-inch baking dish with no-stick cooking spray. Spoon in 2 cups stuffing, then top with turkey.
- Combine 1/4 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise with cranberry sauce; evenly spread over turkey.
- Combine remaining 1/2 cup Mayonnaise, potatoes and cheese in large bowl. Evenly spread on turkey, then top with remaining 2 cups stuffing.
- Bake 40 minutes or until heated through. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Garnish, if desired, with dried cranberries.

The idea is very appealing; using holiday leftovers in a unique way however, the directions are not written clearly; be careful when assembling the ingredients!!!

Trying this with a few modifications. I am using a large muffin tin for individual casseroles as I didn't have enough leftover stuffing. I omitted the cranberry sauce for fresh cranberry relish (my mom's homemade) and left out for adding on the side. I also added leftover turkey gravy with the cheese to the potatoes instead of the mayonnaise. Hopefully, this will become a new favorite at my house for each time we fix a Thanksgiving meal! I love using recipes as a guide and tweaking them a bit to suit our tastes. Thanks for a direction to work in!
