- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 10.75 oz. condensed cream of asparagus soup
- 3/4 lb. asparagus spears (fresh, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces)
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- 1/8 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
- 3 cups white rice (cooked)

Directions
- Heat oil in medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add half of the turkey, and cook for 3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Repeat with remaining turkey.
- Combine soup, asparagus, milk and black pepper in the same skillet.
