Great recipe. Have made this snack several times and it comes out great every time.

These were very good. Slightly bland. Next time I made them, I combined with ingredients from recipe immediately below this one and turned out very good. 2 green onions, 1 Tbls of cilantro, 1 tsp dried oregano, 1/2 tsp each of pepper and salt. No butter. No cheese. Great just the way they were.

Pretty good, I’ll go a little heavier on spices and maybe add paprika next time. But definitely saving this recipe.

I thought these came out really good! I liked the use of salsa for dipping. They’re simple, and freezable

i made a very large batch as part if my food prepping plan so i could freeze them. first batch i did as per the recipe they were ok. i then added Epicure minced garlic, Epicure roasted garlic, Epicure all purpose seasoning sea salt and some diced red onion for some extra flavour. they turned out awesome. made about 60 balls and froze 40 of them to add to soups and pasta dishes in the future.

Good and easy to make with ingredients I had on hand. Placed meatballs on lettuce tomato salad w Italian dressing and topped with Parmesan for an easy lunch. Needed a sauce so I added a little spicy mustard. I included 4-5 garlic cloves minced and used 5-6 tablespoons fresh cilantro to up the flavors. I left the two whole (greens and white) scallions as the recipe indicates. Needed salt so I sprinkled salad with salt and pepper and it was good.

Needs a little something else...almost great. Maybe add onion or cheese? I used cilantro that was not fresh so I’m sure that did not help...tip use fresh cilantro...good recipe but is definitely needing something else.

Pretty good just made, delicious next day! Flavor really opens up after a day or two in the fridge. Perfect “cook over the weekend, packed lunch” food!

I love this recipe as a starter. I added an egg as well as some seasoning salt, garlic, basil...just flavors that i really like. (The seasoning in this recipe is pretty bland which is ok!) Flavor to your own taste! You can basically play with that each time. They came out so yummy and were excellent as left-overs.

These are really delicious! I made them as an appetizer for Easter but I had to taste a few to make sure they turned out okay. 😋 Instead of cilantro and green onion, I used dried minced onion, dried basil, and Italian seasoning along with the garlic, salt, and pepper. I also added an egg as one of the reviewers suggested. Will definitely make again!

I did substitute the cilantro for basil as my husband does not like cilantro. Plus I only added 3 Tbs not 4 and sprinkled in a little cheese last minute. Great easy snack! Will make again.

I wasn’t too into the texture but my kids (8 Months & 2 years) loves them. Great way to get them veggies.

Turned out quite bland and tasteless - didn't really like this recipe much. Also quite dry, but that could be me holding it on grill too long.

I added some chopped jalapeno's. Awesome. I also baggie them up,5 per baggie. Great healthy snack or meal.

Amazing! I didn't squeeze water out of zucchini and added 1 egg for binding. Baked on 450 first 10 min to seal moisture then lowered to 400. Moist flavorful light guiltless. Love it

These were really great as appetizers but truly make a dinner as well. I did add salt and pepper though,
