Great base recipe. I usually add more tomato sauce or diced tomatoes, seasonings, and cheese. But it’s definitely a go to in my home.

I found that the tomato sauce didn't add much flavor. If you're out of it, you can omit it without ruining the dish. I used leftover Thanksgiving turkey, chopped up. So keep this as a great leftover recipe.

I have made this recipe several times. My husband and I find it delicious and satisfying. We get three meals out of one recipe. It is very economical and healthy. Thank you for all your great cooking recipes. TOP NOTCH!!!

Great recipe! I wanted to make it a little spicy so I added some Sriracha to the ground turkey

Awesome! doubled the recipe for more peppers for my family and they were awesome. Everyone loved them. Will make them again.

I am not a pepper person, but this was delicious. It was my first time making and was a winner in my household. My daughter asked for orange peppers next time, so we will change that. I added more tomato sauce, and put them back in the over after the timer with the cheese to get a quick melt.

First time i made stuffed peppers and it was amazing!! I used white rice instead of brown and i used chicken bone broth, instead of regular broth. Super simple and super tasty!! Looking forward to making this again.

Delicious! A recipe that my whole family enjoys, which includes one especially finicky eater! These beef eaters don't even mind that it's made with ground turkey; and they have no idea (or don't care) that I used reduced-fat cheese!

Excellent flavor! I had green peppers instead of red but it was still great. Will definitely make this again!

I enjoyed the flavor of the meat and rice stuffing. I used red and orange bell peppers instead of green ones.

Very tasty. The original recipe was good, but didn’t have any heat, so I added some chili powder and crushed red pepper for a little more kick.

Turned out great I miss placed my chicken broth and ran out of tomato sauce, so I thinned down some tomato paste and used that instead. Missed the broth and the peppers were firmer than I would like, but I have the broth to use for the next time. Greatest recipe and will definitely make it again!

Was great. Could do with a little spice, maybe a little paprika or cayenne pepper. But lovely in any case

So good! We were out of tinfoil so we used parchment paper and it still turned out, in case that happens to anyone else :)

So good! We make this at least two or three times a month! Yellow and orange peppers are delish too.

This was surprisingly good! I used shredded chicken instead of ground turkey. I cooked down crushed tomatoes from a can instead of tomato paste because that’s all I had. I also added corn to the mix and poured Stokes Green Chili sauce over the peppers before baking. They were very good and only 3 WW points.
I will definitely make this again!!

This was pretty good. I personally like my stuffed bell peppers to have more tomato flavor. If I made these again I would add tomato sauce on top of the bell peppers after they were stuffed and then top it with cheese. I also cooked my rice in chicken broth and that gave it more flavor as well. This recipe was good, but with a couple of tweaks it would be great!

This is a very yummy recipe. I used orange and yellow peppers because they were on sale and it was so tasty that my picky eaters (even the veggie hater) ate it up! I also used cauliflower rice instead of brown rice to keep it low carb and pepper jack cheese on half the peppers just because I needed to use it up. Next time I’d probably use JUST pepper jack cheese as I thought it complimented the other flavors better than the cheddar cheese.
