- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 8 oz. fresh button mushrooms (sliced)

- 10.75 oz. cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1 cup low-fat sour cream
- 4 cups egg noodles (or pappardelle, cooked, optional)

Directions
- Heat nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add turkey, onion, garlic and mushroom to skillet.
- Sauté until turkey has reached a temperature of 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.

I added beef broth and water to the mix after you add the soup. I also used 1/2 c of sour cream instead of a full cup.
