- 1/2 lb. turkey breast cutlets (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1/4 cup white onion (cut into thin strips)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 cup carrots (tri-color, cut into thin rounds)
- 1 1/2 cups brussels sprouts (half cut into thin strips, and the remaining, separated into individual leaves)
