- 1/2 cup chicken broth (or water)

Directions
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- In large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat.
- Add carrots, celery and onions; cook about 5 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Add garlic; cook 1 minute.
