- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 orange (medium, seeded and quartered, or 1 can, 11 ounce mandarin oranges, drained)
- 16 oz. whole berry cranberry sauce
- 6 oz. dried apricots (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/3 cup pecans (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese (plain)
- 4 buns (wheat)
- 4 leaves lettuce (green)

Directions
- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook turkey for 5 minutes on each side or until no longer pink and internal temperature reaches 170°F.
- In a medium bowl, mix oranges, cranberry sauce, apricots, sugar and pecans.
