This is a great idea, however we changed to fresh spinach and left out the soy sauce due to specific diet choices of family. I personally think the soy sauce would’ve brought what it was lacking to the table. We won’t skip it when making it just for ourselves next time. We enjoyed it over noodles with red marinara. Add a bit of aged cheese and it was wonderful.
