- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 2 turkey legs (and thighs)

- 500 mL chicken stock
- 1 onion (thinly sliced)
- radishes (Shaved, for garnish, optional)
- 1 lime (juiced)
- cheese (Oaxacan, crumbled for garnish, optional)
