Pretty good but a little bland. I will increase the salt, pepper, and chipotle pepper next time and see how that goes. I cooked it in my instant pot and it stayed extra moist!

very bland. added cranberry wholegrain mustard which helped a bit. they were very moist. i dont think i'd try them again though.

I did not put the spicy spice, but added half a cup of Cransin, tasted really good. I might cut down the cumin a little bit next time. I did not have peppers, but added carrots and broccoli. I guess as long as they are vegetables, it will be fine. I like the idea of adding oat, taste really good!
