I added sautéed onions, peppers, mushrooms, and garlic and it turned out excellent

Good consistency - a little salty but that’s easy to adjust. Loved the crunchy crust this got on the outside! Would maybe try adding some veggies to get some bonus nutrients.

my whole family loved it. will make it again. i added season salt instead of salt and a little a-1 sauce and ketchup in the mix. delicious!
