Yup….very, very good. We did traditional mashed potatoes and a small wedge salad. Super great meatloaf that my whole family enjoyed. Very simple to put together.

This is so delicious even if you are not a ground turkey fan! I make a portion of it for meatballs for the kids! Veggies and veggies

I added some paprika and coarse ground black pepper along with seasoned salt instead of table salt. I left out the shredded carrots which seemed a bit odd to me in a meatloaf and used about 1/2 cup of cheese. it turned out fantastic!! thank you for the recipe

So close... still needs more spices than just salt, pepper and parsley though. The glaze is wonderful and needs more of it to offset the need for more spicing. But still a solid recipe!

Turned out great, had rave reviews from my family. Not dry at all! I ran out of ketchup and used barbecue sauce for the glaze instead, which turned out to be a nice touch.

Whole family loved it! Didn’t use breadcrumbs, used panko crumbs instead. Worked just as well.

Extremely good turkey meatloaf recipe. No trade off in flavor or texture by using turkey. The whole family agrees - not easily accomplished with the five of us!

My family loved this. I used fresh artisan Asiago levain instead of breadcrumbs and tomato paste instead of ketchup. It’s a new staple

Wow! Thought the guys wouldn’t like it cause there’s so many vegetables in it. They and I loved it. There was hardly enough for sandwiches in the morning. Next time I have to make 2!

Great recipe! My family loved it and I loved how they ate their veggies without even knowing it! I highly recommend this recipe for all those picky little ones.

Awesome recipe and easily adaptable according to what veggies/cheese you have on hand (I had asparagus that needed to be used so threw that in) it really turned out great so glad to have found this recipe
